Administrative Support Position

Location: Munich, Germany (Hybrid/Remote options available)
Type: Part-time

We’re seeking an organized and proactive administrative professional as an addition to our support team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, technical environment and wants to be part of innovative enterprise projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support for billing and accounting processes
  • Administrative support for project management and client communication
  • Document preparation and management
  • Coordination of meetings and appointments
  • General office management

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Experience in administrative roles (minimum 2 years preferred)
  • German and English language skills
  • Interest in technology and enterprise software
